• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4.3 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We strongly advise you to use our free subscription first and upgrade to paid subscriptions.

4.4 Cancellation

• Access continues until the end of the billing period
• You can delete your account and related data within your profile

5. Service Description

• Analyse and manage customer feedback

We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their availability or content.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms. You acknowledge:

• Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms
• Ecomvis is not liable for third-party data, policies, or outages

7. Data & GDPR Compliance

We are committed to protecting your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
